I’ve been going to The Beauty Lounge for almost 2 years, and Jess is amazing! My appointments are pretty long with everything I get done, but she never rushes and always makes my hair look perfect. My extensions look so natural, and I get compliments all the time. I’ve never felt better about my hair! Jess always explains things in a non-judgmental way and gives great tips for anything I ask about my hair. The salon is clean, the other stylists are friendly, and I always leave feeling great. Highly recommend!
If your hairstylist is gone, the salon requires you to keep paying higher "new client fee". Extremely difficult to communicate with. I was already a client at this salon. Phoenix took care of my hair. When I called to schedule another appointment, I found out that Phoenix no longer worked there. Shannon informed me that I would still be charged the new client fee, even though I was already a client – Shannon confirmed that I was a client and I had receipts as evidence.
