I have completely fallen in love with this salon! From the moment I walked in, the stunning looks and relaxing ambiance made me feel right at home. It’s honestly the BEST salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve always had a very specific haircut in mind when visiting salons, but rarely does anyone get it exactly right. I said to cut only some hair instead of that they cut half of my hair. I literally paid 90$ for the hair. one of the worst service I have received ever.
My appointment is in 5 hours and they just cancelled it. My person left and they said they had someone who was new to their salon but had worked at other salons. I looked her up and she JUST completed cosmetology school- I have family photos on Friday! This is unacceptable.
I truly appreciate this salon so much! I know things happen and appointments have to be shuffled around sometimes they called me to reschedule my appointment and were able to work me in nonetheless before the weekend. I can’t imagine how busy they are right before Mothers Day! Jenny is absolutely amazing and a gem to the salon!
