I attended the $5 piercing promotion with my friends. We arrived around 6:45 PM, filled out the required paperwork, and got in line. The line was already very long, and we waited for several hours. I’ve gotten piercings at other places before, and this place was definitely the worst. The staff here acted like I was a huge inconvenience from the moment I walked in. The piercer was incredibly dismissive when I asked about placement, and the vibe was just cold. If you're looking for a professional experience where you actually feel comfortable, this isn't it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this studio. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. The piercing process itself felt incredibly rushed.
