I just finished my first facial at Beauty Icon Med spa and WOW...the experience was truly amazing ! Orly was really incredible . She took the time to explain every single Treatment to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole way. After the session, she also took the time to recommend skincare products that she thinks would be beneficial for my skin type. I enjoyed every second of the facial and can't wait to be a returning customer.
I have very sensitive skin and get super nervous about doing anything new to it, however Orly has such a calming presence, very gentle hands, and is extremely knowledgeable since she is also a pharmacist. I have one of their membership programs (which is an amazing deal for what the package includes!), and Orly customizes my treatments based on any new concerns I may have and what she observes my skin needs. Loved my experience at the beauty icon spa in queens! Orly took the time to understand my skin and we ended up doing the hydra-facial. She is very knowledgeable and I left glowing. I appreciate all the education and recommendations I left with. Will be back!
My experience at The Beauty Icon was nothing but exceptional from beginning. The staff really does a good job listening to my needs and giving me several options on what can work for me. They are not pushy and very educational about there products and services. My skin has been glowing !! Highly recommend!
I had my first ever facial here and it was such an amazing experience! Orly did my facial and she was absolutely incredible. She was so thorough, took her time, and explained everything step by step so I always knew what to expect. She made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. You can truly tell she’s knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next visit!
