Unprofessional experience and lack of integrity. I initially booked a four-hour service and take full responsibility for arriving late. To respect the stylist’s schedule, I voluntarily reduced my appointment to a shorter wash and style. I paid in full at the time of booking (which I won’t do again) and offered to let her keep the remaining balance as a credit toward a future appointment for the original service as a courtesy.
