Although the package says the afro puff has a drawstring, it does not. I took it back seeking exchange or store credit, but they pointed to store policy: no exchange on wigs. What am l supposed to do about an incorrectly labeled product? I don't normally wear hairpieces, so l didn't know the drawstring was white, not black (they said l should have seen there wasn't one in package). I guess l'm going to YouTube to figure something, but I KNOW l'm not coming back to this store or buying this brand again.
