I had an appointment for a quick weave with Stephanie my hair turned out beautiful customer service was top notch accommodating what a wonderful experience
I confirmed an appointment for Sunday at 2:30 on Thursday by sending a $20 deposit. When I arrived at 2:28 Stephanie had just say a client at the wash bowl and began washing her. She spoke and confirmed that I was there for her. Then she deep conditioned and blow dried (technique was absolutely HORRIBLE) the lady's hair making it now 3:10 on Super Bowl Sunday, so I spoke up and asked if I had to wait for her to complete the other lady's hair before starting mine when she reluctantly came over to assess my hair.
