So bad. One star is too much. I had an eyebrow tint at St Luke’s. Was upsold to spend double as would apparently last 2-3 weeks. Didn’t even last 5 days! I went back to discuss and was basically told tough. I won’t be going back OR recommending. Very disappointing. Wish I had read these reviews b4 I went there

I’m a regular customer for waxing, but last week I had a very bad experience. The Indian girl who did my waxing was unfriendly and seemed inexperienced. She applied the wax while it was still very hot, and it was extremely painful while she's doing the waxing—I almost cried. On top of that, she added an extra $5 charge just because she said she needed to trim the hair. I will not be going back, and I don’t recommend this place."

She is truly professional, caring, and completely customer-oriented. High recommend coming here. They do not surcharge their customers on eftpos terminals, very friendly and do a great job. Would 100% come back and support this business.

Vaisharli at The Beauty club St Luke’s , is so good at waxing , I won’t go anywhere else now :)
