Dr Bitlan and her staff are all amazing. Very professional, kind, and thorough. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. I would definitely recommend Dr Bitlan.
Great experience at Beauty Clinic on Pitt Street. The staff were friendly and professional, and the clinic was clean and relaxing. My practitioner was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout. Really happy with the results and I would definitely recommend!
I have been a customer of the Beauty Clinic and a patient of Dr Bitlan for over 12 years. I highly recommend this practice. My wellbeing and health have been and continues to be in safe hands . I have personalised guidance having just what is required for me. I am aging gracefully and healthy.
I do not recommend this clinic at all. I had a first consultation for both a face and back treatment. When I decided to go only for the back treatment (while the upper part of my body was naked, facing the table), I was given the cost of the treatment - 500 AUD (300 EUR). I literally signed the form laying on my belly. Not before, not even while I was fully clothed. All the aesthetician did was clean my back, pop a few blackheads (for 5 minutes) and then apply retinol and vitamin A. You can literally buy these in a pharmacy ... read more
The service and experience I have had at the Beauty and Cosmetic Clinic only after 2 visits have been exceptional. I only recently stumbled across functional medicine and I am very grateful I did. Dr Bitlan has a genuine sense of care and passion trying to get to the root cause of my health complaints.
