Made an appointment here for October 23 at 11 am for an eyebrow wax. Showed up at 10:50 and the entire store was closed. Lights off, door locked. I left and decided to just call later in the day and come back then when they were opened. Went for a simple manicure but was not pleased with the result. My nails stayed tacky all evening until I went to bed resulting in the worst manicure I have ever paid money for. I expressed my dissatisfaction and she didn’t even respond to me to try and make things right. Sad experience but lots of other options in town.
