DO NOT GO HERE. Front staff does not know what they are doing and they are never attentive when I come in. Was refused service today that I booked because front staff didn’t schedule enough time. This is a horrible experience. The owners really need to pay their employees more so they are not working 2 jobs and they need to commit to the appointments scheduled with the services requested. Why would I go to an appointment for highlights, low lights and color with cut for long hair and be expected to settle for less than I exp... read more

I went to the beauté bar in New washington on the 27th to have a all over bleach I wanted my hair platinum blonde (I was already mainly blonde besides my roots) I spoke with bree on fb messenger I told her what I wanted and I absolutely did not want yellow/orange hair she assured me that it may take multiple bleaching to get my roots that light but said I would not leave the salon with yellow hair well that was à lie my hair is yellow and now I have SPOTS of brown like I'm patch the dog 🐶 well she schedule me for Monday to ... read more
