Decided to come and treat myself to a blowout for Mother’s Day. It was advertised online for $55 which is normal, however at checkout I was extremely surprised to be charged $90 for a blowout! I pay this much for a haircut, to be charged this much for a blowout was extremely surprising. Apparently it was $35 extra for curls that took 10 min to do, curls that I didn’t ask for but the hairstylist asked me if I wanted since I didn’t have the bounciness that I initially asked her for. (Posting from Husbands account) This was my first time here, and while Elizabeth was very kind, I left extremely disappointed with the end result of my Mom Refresh haircut. I paid $85 before tax and tip for what felt like a very basic trim. The receipt listed the service as 1 hour and 15 minutes, but I was in the chair for only about 35 minutes.
