I bought the 3 Brazilian wax. First appt, she was pretty unprofessional telling me super personal things about herself. Second appt, same thing happened but whatever I had already bought the 3 so I was going to get them. For my 3rd appt, the automatic messaging service she has, showed she canceled the day before my appt. Which would have been fine if she even tried reaching out to reschedule or even took any of my calls or texts. This was in March and I still have not heard back from her. Nor do I want to. Kelly was very friendly and made me feel at ease through the process. I'm a bigger girl but I felt in my element and not judged at all. She was quick and it was only a little painful. Can't wait to get my lashes done by her too.
Kelley makes you feel comfortable and is an awesone person! Can't say waxing is painless but she definitely does a great job!
