Super cute as soon as you walk in, staff is very friendly. However the day I called to make an appointment was toled on the phone the computer was not working and would get a call back. Ten minutes later I decided since I was in area to just see if I could make one in person. Same response and still waiting to be called to make an appointment. I suppose my business was not wanted. Hope others have a different experience.
I’ve been there twice. The first time I walked in and stood at the desk for 10 minutes and not even the stylist acknowledged I was standing there. The next time I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived they didn’t even have me scheduled. This place is a waste of time.
I went here in April to get my nails done for Easter. Didn’t make me wash my hands straight in the beginning but instead immediately picked up the drill bit and started filing directly over my cuticles causing them to bleed! On top of also not pushing my cuticles back or cutting them, and dotting the gel onto my nails instead of spreading the polish like you should do. Never going back!
