Toni is my girl, she is the best hairstylist in Norcal..I've known her for a few years now and she is awesome! So fun to talk to while doing my hair make over and it always comes out on point!! She is so skilled with coloring and hi-lo lights, and she is such a beautiful person inside and out!!
