ATTENTION ALL BRAIDERS: create specific guidelines around payment arrangements. As a former Braider at the beauty bar. I was asked to clean and fold towels, sweep, mop, clean combs, wash dye bowls and was told that I would be tipped for these services after a while she just stopped tipping but still excepted the work.
