The woman who worked on me was extremely friendly and personable. But I left very disappointed with my lashes. I thought I’d give it a day but they still do not look good. I feel they were done carelessly and they’re uneven to the point where I look like I’m wearing two different strips of lashes. There are barely any lashes and I’m embarrassed to be seen like this. This is absolutely terrible and I do not think I should have to pay for such low quality work. I did email them/contact management without response.

Shay is honestly the best part of getting a wax. She is a kind and knowledgeable professional. Her method is the best I have ever experienced. She is quick, gets everything the first time and it’s pretty painless. She knows what she is doing. I highly recommend her.
I am always very happy with my entire experience at The Beauty Bar. It is very private, clean, and over all comfortable. Shay is very good at what she does and has a great personality. Scheduling is easy and she has always been on time for each of my appointments. Highly recommend!
