Fantastic back, shoulder and neck massage which was wonderful. Very relaxing, lovely therapist and really convient as there is parking outside. I also loved the choice of scents I was given.

A dear friend bought me a Beauty Advice Clinic voucher and I visited yesterday and had a wonderfully relaxing facial and a beautiful manicure with Jessica. What a lovely, friendly therapist. She was so thorough and thoughtful about products used for my facial, and she worked deftly and skilfully to transform my nails, suggesting a really lovely colour for the summer. Salon was super clean and welcoming. Thank you so much!

I used to go here quite regularly for facials and one day they made a mistake and somehow double booked the slot. I booked it online and it was available so not sure how they managed to book someone into the same slot as me. Mistakes happen but it's how you deal with it that counts. Unfortunately they dealt with it very badly, they told me my appointment was cancelled and effectively it was my problem.
