The lady in the whereabouts disk is nice with customers. I know it’s Monday.
I purchased tiles here as as the location was 600m from my home. They wanted to charge me $50 to deliver 12 boxes of tiles and I had to argue with them about transporting them myself in my SUV in 2 loads. They also over estimated the tiles required by 33%, they sold me 12 boxes and only 7.5 boxes were used and wouldn't accept return of the surplus tiles. Won't be purchasing tiles for my bathroom with Beaumont. Buyer beware deserve zero stars.
Called enquiring about availability of a tile. Sales person confirmed with manager that it could be put aside. I arrived 40 mins later and was served by manager who was serving no customer. Advised that it couldn't be put aside because no payment was taken. Questioned why the store assistant did not ask for payment over the phone (which I would have agreed to).
