DO NOT ORDER FROM BEAUMONT TILES OR TIMBERLINE! Completely incompetent sales staff at Beaumont Norwood, from Choity on the floor to Jessica and Sathish as “Managers”. Repeated incorrect orders, never return calls, lying, covering for each other, and a complete lack of follow up. Very slow, unreliable and unprofessional. Because of Beaumont, our reno took over 3 months instead of 4 weeks. They changed what we ordered, ordered the wrong things, and even sent out four incorrect vanities/benchtops.
