Shannon Kelly was THE BEST. She went above and beyond to be accommodating. I was purchasing from out of state and she made me feel so comfortable with the process and helped to schedule the different appointments necessary as well as send me a list of all the utilities I’d need for the property. She had so much local knowledge and made the process incredibly smooth. I loved working with her!!!
