Great mechanic and helps out in time of need. Carlos is a stand up guy and a professional mechanic.
Carlos did a tremendous job finding the issue with my vehicle. The repair shop I have trusted for many years kept misdiagnosing my problem, causing me to spend more and more while the same issue kept happening. Carlos took all the time necessary to solve the problem correctly. He took his time to test, test drive repeatedly, diagnose, and show me the proof. Days later the problems start , I trust this company to help In desperate need for my vehicle , instead I paid $600 just for the problem to get WORST ! Then asked for another $1500?? Supposedly what you pay “goes toward the service” instead I was robbed To do what actually needed to be done from day one… never again !
