Mick did a great job installing a car charger for us. His day did not go according to plan but he kept me informed throughout the day which helped me plan around his visit. The car charger is exactly where I wanted it; I was happy to pay exactly what he had quoted; everything works as I had hoped. Excellent, proactive communication from Mick meant this was a really positive experience. Mick credited his wife with advice on how to keep his customer’s in the loop!!
