Went for a walk in and was told that it was welcome and availability for this unscheduled appointment. Barber proceeded to rush me, even though he confirmed the walk in was possible. Left me covered in hair and with a cut that was not what I asked for. Will not be returning. If a walk-in is not possible, the business should just say not available right now. Simple customer service.
Absolutely amazing experience! Came all the way from NH for my sisters wedding and Ashtin got me in first thing in the morning! Cleaned me up and treated professionally! I’d come back in a heart beat next time I’m in Texas!
