I was charged $400+ for repairs to my espresso machine—it was returned to me in worse shape than when I sent it, to wit, still leaking steam. When I called the company, the person on the phone told me it was because the shipper had stacked too many boxes on top of mine, a truly incredible story. They offered to come to my home to pick up my machine and repair the repair but my LaPavoni is too valuable to entrust it to these ‘technicians.’ Live and learn.
