It's tough to review the quality of their work since they never actually got around to repairing my machine. I dropped it off on the 26th of January and, after several inquiries as to its status, went to pick it up yesterday, untouched from what I could tell, a full seven months later. At first, I was told they were waiting on a part, then two months later, they were waiting on another one, and then told the holdup was due to them "working very carefully" on it, since some of the components were plastic. Felix was absolutely fantastic, prompt, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else beside Tue Beanz Man for espresso machine service, or candidly any of their services!
Always an excellent services provided from customer services, technicians and shipping dept. I personally recommend and in the last 24 years is no other business that can provide excellence in services for my automatic expresso machines!
