The people that work there are were so kind the banana bread latte was so delicious the donuts were fresh and the outside area was so cute and welcoming I 100% recommend
I ordered a large cold brew with sugar-free vanilla. After one sip, it tasted like chemicals to me and was undrinkable. I immediately went back to the counter and politely asked if there was anything they could do. Instead of replacing it, I was told the only option was to buy another drink without the sugar-free vanilla. So I ended up paying another $7.42 for a second coffee while leaving the first one—minus one sip—on the counter. I also ordered a chai latte.
