Was charged $1200 only to be told transmission was on it's way out. 1 month later transmission fails. Why wasn't full repair/replacement offered as an option in the first place. Kinda feel like I paid a lot of money for a little advice. Will not be returning and certainly not recommending TCM.
1st instance: Went to them to have an issue fixed with my car, they said there was no issue and instead fixed something else... the issue was still clearly noticeable on my drive back home. 2nd instance: went to have a 10-20 minute job done and was told I would need to leave the car there for a week to have the job done. I informed them that I need the car for work, but they didn't seem to care enough to have a look at it in a shorter timeframe.
