They sent me mental
Just been issued a threat by a member of staff that 'if you fail to attend an appointment, we'll come round your house...it's just the nature of the service'. I couldn't believe what I heard. Take from that what you will. (Hint: it's very reminiscent of Inglorious Basterds).
Feel so let down. Mental health started at 15 for me, im 54 now and still struggle today. I feel a mixture of being let down and taken the micky out of. I had to fight for years to get "help". I won't ask again thats for sure,wast of time, wast of paper imo
Passive aggressive staff. If you value your mental health..... avoid this place!
I initially hesitated to leave a negative review on the basis that I might be a bit premature with my concerns, but as it's already been 10 days and I've had no correspondence since my initial consultation, I have a feeling I will be forgotten about. It's a common trigger warning for me. Abandonment. I have no friends, no family, no job, literally nothing.
