Nice place to live with plenty of community events. Leasing office is friendly and always attentive. I’m surprised with how many residents there are that the leasing office knows the names of the residents.
Living here feels like a cozy small town tucked inside a shopping center. You step outside and there’s Target, Starbucks, and every store you probably shouldn’t go in but will anyway. The people are friendly, the vibe is great, and the community events are great, they are one of the only apartment complex I know of that include the pets as well! My experience with Beacon has been nothing short of lovely. The staff is hilarious, easy to talk to, and never intrusive. I really enjoy the little community events they host—my baby girl and I love attending them! They’re fun and welcoming for all ages. Maintenance is fast, efficient, and reliable—no complaints at all! And to top it all off, you just can’t beat the location. I mean, come on—you’re steps away from Target, Petco, and Wegmans. Lordy, you’ll never want to leave The Beacon at Waugh Chapel!
DON’T move here…My experience here thus far has been a nightmare and the apartment is falling apart and it’s only been 3 months. 1. My first month there on August 15th, 2025 there was a shooting in which the individuals involved ran past me in the apartment parking lot. 2. The one time I used my second sink it caves in as soon as I turn on the water (this is extremely hazardous and could’ve hurt a small child. 3.
