The lady in the office is very rude.Maintenance is lazy .Garbage all around the complex.
I moved into The Beacon at Seminole Lakes in 2019 as my very first apartment all on my own, sure I’ve lived other places on my own however this was my first apartment. Of course I have had issues with my apartments yes I moved to a bigger unit, went from a 1/1 to a 2/2 after 3 years so now I have lived and made The Beacon at Seminole Lakes my home for the last 6 years and I’m ok with it.
