A dear family friend’s mother is in the dying process and family is not allowed in the facility. Patient is dying alone without their touch as they hold vigil outside her window. Please let her children comfort her as she leaves this world.

I have been a CNA for 6 years now. I have worked in various facilities as such but I have never been more disappointed in the way a facility was run. I would think twice before working here or having a loved one stay here.

This place was horrible! They never delivered the correct food and claimed they never got my family member’s order. When my family member turned on the nurse call light, it took them 20-30 minutes just to get to my family members room. My family member would never get their medication on times. The place smelt awful and the nurse staff was horrible. If you truly care about your family member than I would consider taking them else where. Your family member deserves the best care possible and this is not the place.
