Myself and 4 of my friends stayed at the Broadbeach Resort in Norah Head. Best weekend ever. The rooms were wonderful very modern and looked like they had recently been refurbished. They were very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. As were the ladies who cleaned and made up the beds. The bar and restaurant staff were very professional and friendly. The food was delicious. Definitely will be back to stay.
Being a travel agent, I have had alot of experience across the world in many hotels and I did not feel like I was only a couple hours out of Sydney - this hotel is beautiful, serene and laid out so well with gorgeous water views. The decor and finishings were so lovely and the convenience of The Beachy on site are fantastic when traveling with small kids. We also enjoyed the food and entertainment was great. Service was great in the hotel and it had more amenities than expected. Loved it and we will be back!
We had a lovely stay overall – the staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were beautifully styled, and the food was absolutely delicious. The only downside was the loud slamming doors, which woke us around 4am and again at 6am. It seemed like one of the nearby doors didn’t have soft-close, which was a real shame given the peaceful setting.
