Incredibly welcoming from the staff members to the community. Lots of different leagues and all skill levels are welcomed. I’ve played in the ultimate frisbee league for the last two seasons and it was a blast. Lots of parking in the lot. Great play area for kids and seating for adults to hang out (and a play to buy beverages!)
Had a great experience playing a volleyball tournament at the Beach YYC this weekend. Everything went really smoothly and ran on time which can be tough for any sports tournament. Special thanks to Linda for that! Great people and quality volleyball.
I really didn't expect the sand to be so soft. There are sections that are dry and wet, so it's easier for kids to build sand castles. Also happy with the shower facilities. I just needed to be able to hose down the children before getting back in the car, and it did the trick.
Such a nice place.
