The Portsmouth location is my mother’s favorite place to dine! So, it only seemed appropriate to have 30 of her family members and friends, meet her there for a surprise 75th birthday luncheon….😅 I called a month ahead of time, and was told they’d be happy to accommodate. The ice cream is gigantic. The red container is a kiddy size. It was super crowded and the line was pretty long. Lobster rolls were good and fresh with a yummy buttered roll but I had shell fragments in mine (4). They are obviously a local favorite. I just wish they were more careful about the shell for a $42 roll
Good, but not top tier. The fish had a noticeably off taste, I’ve never experienced that taste until this meal. The whole belly clams are always inconsistent. I’m not a fan of the tartar sauce. Fries are decent, ice cream is pretty tasty.
Fantastic fast, fresh and delicious seafood stop right along route 95! We love stopped here for a hot satisfying seafood meal on our way down the road.
Be careful when you order online. They double charged me and even when I proved I paid for my food they told me to trust that the charge will be put back on. A week later I’m still trying to get my money back. The supervisor was very abrupt and rude when I questioned him about the charges. I feel anytime money is involved a business should be gracious when communicating. This young man was not gracious.
