We recently booked a stay at this hotel, but unfortunately my partner became very sick and we were unable to travel. We fully understood the hotel’s no-refund policy and were not demanding a refund. We simply asked if they could offer a credit for a future stay as a gesture of goodwill. The answer was a flat no, with no flexibility or compassion at all. The Beach #222 was the perfect spot—so low-key and relaxing, we truly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The condo had everything we needed, which made our trip even more comfortable and stress-free. Heidi was absolutely the best host! The beach was beautiful, and the view from the balcony was incredible. We enjoyed stunning sunsets every evening, which quickly became a highlight of our stay.
