Last week, I was referred to Jennifer Craig of Beach House Salon and called immediately for an appointment. I left a detailed message with my phone number asking for a return call. I then went onto their website and left another message under their “request appointment” space. It said I could expect their return call within 48 hours. On Monday, I called again, got the same voicemail… no return call. It is now Wednesday and there has been no response.
