This was our second visit to Peppers Palm Cove and unfortunately this occasion really left us wishing we’d postponed or cancelled our holiday. Firstly the resort only has one operational pool which is the kids pool, for two adults wishing to relax, this isn’t ideal. The Serenity Pool is out of action due to a pump which needs replacing (a month) and the other pool has been closed for renovations since November, leaving you only one option, hanging with kids and loud adults drinking at the pool bar. Fantastic
Not happy with the service offered. Leaving tomorrow, we booked the apartment to have the extra facilities particularly washing machine and dryer. The dryer is broken and not being fixed until after we leave. We were assured an alternative means of drying our clothes but now haven’t been offered any alternative except “hang them up” - we can’t find any clothes racks in the apartment and unfortunately the weather isn’t quite hot/dry enough to dry our clothes overnight.
