My wife and I enjoyed a great long weekend, we initially booked a side room with no beach view mistakenly but were not upset about it. After clarifying with the staff on the phone, they told me they'd keep an eye out on if they could move us to a better room with a view but couldn't make any promises. I have been coming here on vacation since I was born and my mom and grandparents have been coming here since the 80’s, we always enjoy coming here! Front is very helpful all the time and the other staff is very nice! I always look forward coming every year to montego! Keep up the good work guys!!
I've owned a time share with Montego for over 30 years, the new management has really taken initiative to update the property and keep it clean for guest. I appreciate the hard work and I look forward to my 2 weeks in Myrtle every year Thank You!
The AC in our room hardly worked. Our room never got below 78ish. Made for an extremely uncomfortable stay. Pretty much ruined the whole vacation for us. We were literally taking cold showers. Nothing is worse than coming back from the hot beach and being just as hot in your room. We slept without blankets. I complained and the guy blamed it on the heat which I would have understood if his office wasn’t 65 degrees and freezing cold.
