Wish I could give them 10 STARS! Been smoking all kinds of things in my Shotgun Smoker the past few years with tremendous results. The temperature control is SO rock solid that it makes it easy to produce epic results every time. This smoker is a BEAST! But even better than their fabulous products are the people that work there. I was a big fan of the BBQ Guru but have been left feeling less than stellar. I bought one of their original "PartyQ" controllers which broke in just over a year. I got the next generation PartyQ which also broke after limited use: It won't get a good temperature rating. BBQ Guru is no longer selling this product and can't repair it. They told me to buy a new BBQ Guru. Like I said, I was a big fan but I'm hesitant to buy yet another one since it feels likely they won't support it in a year or two and it'll probably break.

I received the Ultra Q from a good friend, and I can honestly say this device saved my marriage! Never again do I have to sit by my big green egg all day making sure the temperature doesn't fluctuate and destroy my brisket. My wife wanting to go somewhere but me refusing to leave, but thanks to this device I can leave and keep an eye on things through the app! I even did my first overnight cook without fear with a 14 lb brisket. Put it on at 10:30, and took it off at 2:00 PM. By 6:30 it was ready to go and was amazing. The d... read more

I love my Monolith grill but want to comment on the excellent customer service provided by the BBQ Guru store. I recently ordered a few rubs and a couple of sauces. Upon receiving the sauces I checked ingredients and realized that a family member couldn’t have them due to a food allergy. My wife contacted the store about returning them.
