One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Wonderful staff. Very comfortable with a gorgeous view from our balcony! Lots of wonderful touches including free shuttle downtown, fire pit at night, breakfast, snacks, free laundry service, turn down service, the best bath towels!, walking sticks, …. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!
I had an exceptional stay at the Bayview Hotel and would absolutely stay here again. The standout feature is the view—every room has an oversized private balcony overlooking the water, and waking up to that scenery each morning was incredible. I cannot recommend the Bayview Hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Housekeeping refreshed our room twice daily, and every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome, always asking about our day and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. What a special place! We stayed at Bayview for 2 of our 4 nights in Bar Harbor and had such a wonderful experience. We decided to do 2 nights at Bayview followed by 2 nights in downtown Bar Harbor at the “nicest hotel in town”, but wish we had just stayed at Bayview.
