The owner, Nilzelia Santos, could not have made this experience any worse… actually she definitely could, there’s clearly a common theme in her reviews. It is highly regrettable that not only I, but also my significant other, family, and other vendors had to endure the complete unprofessionalism, poor communication, and discourtesy from both you and your staff. This was the worst venue I had my party at first. The management is very poor she's not professional, Then, thanked you, and she tells me now I pay for the lead floor but I have a turn the butterflies off to use it. Because it's gonna use a lot of electricity. Unfortunately, I had to turn the butterflies off. Because it could be an outage of too much electricity.
