This property had a total exterior facelift! They made it a gated community which really helped with the traffic. Great pool on the property and I love that there is an onsite laundromat. The space in a 1 bedroom is fabulous! Not to mention the walk in closet!
I love this location! Its just close enough to USM to get to classes quickly, but not on campus. There are many great restaurants near by and I love how big the apartments are for the price. The management is great and always so responsive to my questions. Also the pool is very nice!!!
Really garbage place. Unnecessarily expensive and the management by Southgate realty is also horrendous. All they care about is the money. Don’t expect your deposit back. They will charge you all these random fees to take your deposit.
