The receptionist (shirley) was really helpful and went to great lengths to get me in contact with a doctor and after a few phone calls she did.i don't think they get the credit they deserve in the difficult positions they are put in sometimes. A VERY GRATEFUL AND HAPPY PATIENT .
My wife and I have had enormous help whilst using this practice.The staff have been very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. In particular our thanks go to Dr Cule and Cathy Pears MSK. for their superb care.
Very disappointing. We went to book an appointment. They redirected us to call 111. We did. After many calls with 111, they said the medical practice should have offered us an appointment instead of redirecting us to them. They advised to be there the next day between 8:00 and 8:30. We did so. They couldn't offer any appointment and told us the doctor would call back. We missed the call and called them one minute later. They told us the doctor would call again. I phoned today to try to get some help due to the mental health nurse I spoke to during an appointment 3 months ago never calling me back as planned, after waiting a month for the appointment; then my e-consult 2 weeks later about it being misread & dismissed as me trying to book/amend an appointment.
