Pulled my son out of this facility early hours Sunday morning. My son said that the owner David Godden woke him up at 3am tickling his feet. Highly inappropriate as I was trusting Dr Godden to look after my troubled son. Now quite disturbed, we reported the incident to the police, but due to my son's age there's nothing that they can do about it. Very disappointed and warm any other people using this facility run by David Godden.

My experience is with one of the therapists who is listed as working at The Bay. I knew and saw Gina over an 8 year period, and I originally met her when she was working in another treatment facility in 2011. The care I received whilst in Gina's care was originally warm, compassionate and caring. For the first time I felt 'seen' and 'heard'. Fast forward 8 years later and I saw Gina as a private client. After exploring our options in the United States we were unable to find a program that offered the one on one attention we wanted for our family member.after speaking with the bay in Australia it was clear they understood our situation and our need for privacy and were able to help.
