My experience is with one of the therapists who is listed as working at The Bay. I knew and saw Gina over an 8 year period, and I originally met her when she was working in another treatment facility in 2011. The care I received whilst in Gina's care was originally warm, compassionate and caring. For the first time I felt 'seen' and 'heard'. Fast forward 8 years later and I saw Gina as a private client. After exploring our options in the United States we were unable to find a program that offered the one on one attention we wanted for our family member.after speaking with the bay in Australia it was clear they understood our situation and our need for privacy and were able to help. The treatment program and staff were exceptional! Staff showed lots of care, love and patience, faultless! I was monitored at all stages of my treatment to ensure high levels of comfort. I detoxed and got my body healthy and moving again.
