Very helpful went above and beyond to make sure our rental was comfortable. When unable to fix our problem, a refund was given promptly. I recommend this company.
On the upside, the agent was quick to assist when the drain in the property was blocked and the other overall admin around the letting was efficient and timely. On the downside, I was a little disappointed that it took nearly two weeks to get the refund of the deposit.
Stayed at One Mile Ridge (26 one mile close) recently and encountered a safety issue when door lock malfunctioned, leaving me trapped for nearly an hour. Despite multiple attempts of calling or messaging and asking for help, there was no response from the emergency services. This lack of assistance during a potential dangerous situation is concerning. Facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. Future guests beware.

They pick up on every detail, do an amazing clean, and constantly provide feedback. Communication between us is never a problem. We would highly recommend The Bay Holidays to manage your home.
