This company has been awful to deal with. Complete lack of empathy and reasonableness. The owner does not return emails promptly, or at all. I signed up in April to compete in November. I asked for a refund in June when I fell pregnant. I competed last year, had every intention of competing next year, and had actually encouraged my husband to sign up this year. My refund was denied, which seemed unreasonable given it was 5 months notice before the event. If I could compete safely, I would have, but it was not possible. The w... read more
