Thank you to the friendly team at The bay cleaning co! It was wonderful to come home after a long day to find my home immaculately clean and smelling of eucalyptus.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. They double charged me a month ago and have not refunded me yet. They did an okay job cleaning the house but their customer service is even worse than the actual cleaning.
I pre-booked and pre-paid for a clean for a property a few months prior, for a clean the day prior to my wedding as we were having hair and make up for bridal party the day of the wedding and wanted it to be clean for the day getting ready. Trudy confirmed the clean the day prior but asked to change the time from the morning to the afternoon which I said was no problem. Had cleaner booked who didn’t show up and company were very difficult to communicate with, not responding to phone, email or text. Left us in a tricky situation at the end of a lease. While we’d used them previously and their cleaners did a great job the company isn’t reliable enough unfortunately. Will use others in the future.
First hired The Bay Cleaning Co to do a deep Clean for my place , Trude did an amazing job very detailed came home to a beautiful ,dust free , sparkling house. I also receive a standard clean 3 weekly or 2 weekly , sometimes I need to postpone and Trude is very flexible and allows me to decide week to week. I feel totally at ease to leave my home whilst Trude is cleaning she is very warm , friendly lovely soul.
