It's doesn't seem really bad but when I go to visit no one ever at the front door have a terrible time getting in and out Has number on door says to call no one answers. When I got to the nursing station I told the Lady I'm here to see my wife Carla she said she didn't know who that was and was asking other people who Carla was. I was there one day when she had breakfast and they gave her bacon and a sweet roll she really heavy and can't walk so not sure if they know what there doing
I heard negative reviews but my experience was positive a older facility but has all required needs to care,and rehab patients . The staff is so caring they want you to get better.Its like a family atmosphere. The food is delightful many of it homemade. Iam so thankful for my rehab at Sheridan.
My brother had a stroke among other issues. I was not in a position to provide the care he needed. I have nothing but praise for the care and patience they provided my brother. The physical and mental rehabilitation prepared him for his next step to a less structured assisted living facility. Every staff member was wonderful. Thank you
No problems with the stay at all. Staff was very kind...
If you care for your loved one I wouldn't send them here. Place is hell , the only thing thats good is the food. My loved one came for rehab to gain mobility again which this place should be doing. They don't answer phones or they will hang up on you. They will leave your loved one unclean in there urine, while they are doing God knows what, because there not doing there job. maybe they just need a set of new workers.
