If you care for your loved one I wouldn't send them here. Place is hell , the only thing thats good is the food. My loved one came for rehab to gain mobility again which this place should be doing. They don't answer phones or they will hang up on you. They will leave your loved one unclean in there urine, while they are doing God knows what, because there not doing there job. maybe they just need a set of new workers.
I've learned a lot of things and this place helped me tremendously with my therapy among getting stronger that is in mind body and spirit.
I have been here since May 6, 2025. My stay have been wonderful. The food is good. The staff is very helpful.
As a professional, working in the senior care space, I am so impressed by the compassion and commitment to quality resident care that the leadership team at the Bay at Sheridan demonstrates. Healthcare in general has become very stressed and this leadership team works together with a shared goal of resident dignity and attention to quality care.
DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY !!!
