I would not recommend even visiting this apartment complex for the lies that they procure. I was in Arkansas and required a balcony. I was assured throughout the signing and wait to move in that the only requirement was met. Somehow my apartment request went from a one bedroom with a den and changed to a two bedroom. I figured they made a mistake and had to change to ensure I got the prerequisite balcony feature. No worry - I can always use the extra room.
