Took my Silverado to The battery terminal to get an Anderson plug wired in for charging our camper trailer while on the road, we had a miscommunication on scheduling which led to the Anderson Plug install not occurring on the original day. Steve couldn’t have apologised more and ensured the next time we booked to come in it would be completed to the highest standard and a timely manner. I thoroughly recommend this business. I began taking my vehicles to The Battery Terminal a few years ago when I had a small problem with the remote locking on my Getz. They fixed it and I found out that they also do general mechanical work as well so I've been taking both of my vehicles there ever since. Absolutely wonderful experience getting spotlights and a light bar fitted to two separate vehicles. The team from the Battery Terminal did an excellent job with the installation and worked with us to ensure that the internal fittings and switches were exactly how we wanted them. Friendly service and a professional result. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and good outcomes. My car's left-side doors and boot stopped working. I had my car diagnosed first, once the parts arrived it was repaired straight away.
