Most impressed with Battery Terminal - had an issue with BATTERY with our 2021 Rav4 Hybrid when we travelled to Canberra from Cootamundra yesterday. Steve quickly identified that our local dealership had not put in an AGM Stop/Start battery, replaced the incorrect one with the right battery, reset everything with scanner/computer. “ Would throughly recommend this business, already told family in Canberra of our experience “

A big shout out to The Battery Terminal in Belconnen, You guys are champions getting me and my family back on the road to Wollongong. I take my hat off to your team Steve (and special thanks to Steve who done the task), They sourcing a new starter motor at short notice and installing within 24hrs. Labour cost was at a reasonable price for the large task at hand to replace the part on a tuscon. Highly recommend this professional team to anyone for any issue. Regards Graham
