They've saved the car from being on the brink of scrap, they in turn saved my nerves and mental state. Took my Silverado to The battery terminal to get an Anderson plug wired in for charging our camper trailer while on the road, we had a miscommunication on scheduling which led to the Anderson Plug install not occurring on the original day. Steve couldn’t have apologised more and ensured the next time we booked to come in it would be completed to the highest standard and a timely manner. I thoroughly recommend this business. I began taking my vehicles to The Battery Terminal a few years ago when I had a small problem with the remote locking on my Getz. They fixed it and I found out that they also do general mechanical work as well so I've been taking both of my vehicles there ever since.
