Great staff and doctors. Had a general checkup and blood work was ordered. Nurse called with some of the concerning levels on the test and that we would monitor it and look at the next labs. I called back wanting to talk to the doctor with some questions regarding diet and results. Was told the doctor doesn’t not talk over the phone and that I would have to schedule an appointment. I find it troubling that an appointment is needed to discuss my lab results with the doctor who ordered my blood work. This is not acceptable.
